December 2000 Poll
We asked Beatles Lyrics and Album Covers users if the Media (in the US and Worldwide) gave enough attention to the anniversary of John Lennon's murder.
of US voters (27 in all) 21 thought the United States election deadlock dominated the news in the States, 4 thought there was enough coverage of the event, while 2 believe it was "in between".
of the 17 worldwide voters, 8 thought that there wasn't enough coverage, while 6 thought there was enough and 3 thought the event shouldn't have been dwelt on in the first place.

October 2000 Poll
In October, we asked Which song do you find most mistaken for a Beatles song? of the 109 votes cast, an overwhelming majority listed John Lennon's masterpiece Imagine as the song that is most often mistaken as a Beatles song. Imagine was recorded by Lennon in the 1970's, several years after the Beatles broke up.
Other songs receiving votes included Peter and Gordon's World Without Love (written by the Lennon/McCartney tandem), Simon and Garfunkle's Mrs. Robinson; Live and Let Die by Wings; and several others. Look below to see full results.

September 2000 Poll
The September poll asked Which song, in your opinion, is the greatest Beatles song released?
Of the 181 respondents, 19.3 percent of those polled said there are too many great songs to chose just one.... Those who did chose just one seemed to have a preference for In My Life (receiving 12.7 percent of the vote), and A Day in the Life (receiving 11 percent of the vote)
This was also the first time we accepted write in responses... Everything from I am the Walrus to John Lennon's solo hit Imagine were suggested with write in votes.

August 2000 Poll
After a layoff of a few-too-many months, the Rubber Poll came back with a vengeance. We asked "Which Beatles Album do you feel had (and continues to have) the biggest influence on music?". Of the 79 respondents, 28 said that the Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band album had and continues to have the biggest influence. 2nd place went to The White Album with 19 votes, and a distant third was Revolver, receiving 9 votes.

October/November/December 1999
We asked if you believed if the Threatles (Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr) would perform together again before the end of the Millennium. First off, to clear this up - The end of the Millennium was not December 31st 1999. It officially ends one year from now...
At any Rate, only 2 participants (out of a measly 12) voted YES. 9 Voted NO while a single voter voted "Not Sure".

September '99
We asked if you planned to purchase the new remastered Yellow Submarine songrack or movie. Of the 7 respondents, 5 of you stated YES, 1 voted PROBABLY and 1 for Unlikely. There were no votes for NO..

(August '99) -
We asked if you believed that the single Misdant Darsis by Prix was sung by John Lennon in 1975. Of the 21 Respondents, 67% believed it was him, while 33% were against the notion.
